Notes on Registration

Your registration will not be considered complete until it is paid.  If you have not paid by the registration cut-off, you will not be considered registered.  Withdrawals online or in person prior to the close of registration will be refunded.  There are no refunds or credits for no-shows or withdrawals during an event.  Refunds for entries paid by credit card will be made to the credit card.  We reserve the right to recover any credit processing fees.

The only way to register electronically is online at our registration system at http://www.reg4chess.com/. 

This system may occasionally initially pull an older rating.  Not to worry - we do periodic updates online, and also perform an update when finalizing registrations in the tournament pairing software.
